Taught in French, L'Essentiel de la Pâtisserie is 75% hands-on and contains 5 thematic modules.
Along the training, student will learn pastry fundamentals, Alain Ducasse iconic desserts, chocolate, fudge, praliné, fingers and small cakes before concluding with a course about savory snacking and administration basics.
