Is "L'Essentiel de la Pâtisserie" for me?

Designed for passionates and futur professionals willing to master French pastry fondamentals, this 5 weeks training explores pastry arts world and teaches how to complete their restaurant offer and build a sweet menu.

Methodology and Program

Ducasse Education has unique teaching methods which combines small group settings and a high degree of practice to optimize teaching, achieve efficient learning and deliver a personalized follow-up .

Taught in French, L'Essentiel de la Pâtisserie is 75% hands-on and contains 5 thematic modules.

Along the training, student will learn pastry fundamentals, Alain Ducasse iconic desserts, chocolate, fudge, praliné, fingers and small cakes before concluding with a course about savory snacking and administration basics.
