Designed specifically for people with a project tied with the world of gastronomy, L'Essentiel des Arts Culinaires training allows you to master the fundamentals of French cuisine and to become a food-entrepreneur.
This training will award you the title of “Cuisinier(e) entrepreneur(se)”*, NSF code 221T, level 5 (FR) and level 3 (EU) entered in the National register of professional Certifications by order of September 26th 2016 and published on the Official Journal on October 4th 2016.
Ducasse Education has unique teaching methods which combines small group settings and a high degree of practice to optimize teaching, achieve efficient learning and deliver a personalized follow-up.
Taught in French, the Essentiel des Arts Culinaires is 80% hands-on and includes 9 weeks of training as follows:
