The Culinary Arts Diploma is a 8-month intensive program, designed for career changers and entree-level professionals wishing to launch their chef career or a culinary project

Ducasse Education has unique teaching methods which combines small group settings and a high degree of practice to optimize teaching, achieve efficient learning and deliver a personalized follow-up.

Program

Taught in English or in French, the Culinary Arts Diploma is 80% hands-on and includes a 5-month training followed by a 3-month internship in an establishment part of Ducasse Education's network.

Along the program, the intensive modules emphase on acquiring technical skills specific to each produce family and mastering core competencies required at premium hotel-restaurant establishments.
