The Culinary Arts Diploma is a 8-month intensive program, designed for career changers and entree-level professionals wishing to launch their chef career or a culinary project.

Taught in English or in French, the Culinary Arts Diploma is 80% hands-on and includes a 5-month training followed by a 3-month internship in an establishment part of Ducasse Education's network.
