Delivered by the French National Education body and ENSP, our intensive CAP Pâtissier is designed for all the persons willing to acquire or review the different areas of French pastry fundamentals.
This hands-on training allows to rapidly reach a professional qualification and skills, without for example taking the traditional 2-year CAP training.
According to your profile and background, two different training programs are possible. Indeed the duration of the program varies between 1 034 hours (6 months) to 1 164 hours (9 months) for the persons who do not have a diploma of minimum level V (please refer to admission requirements).
The 1 034 hours program last 8 months and includes 6 months of intensive training and 2 internships of 4 weeks each.
While the 1 164 hours program last 9 months and includes 6 months of intensive training, 130 hours of standard modules as well as 2 internships of 4 weeks each.
The program includes the following modules : Intensive hands-on laboratory training, Applied theory, Pastry technology, Applied production sciences, Entreprise knowledge, Communication, Environmental Health and Safety at Work, Applied arts, Standard modules (1 164 hours within the program), Internship
