Delivered by the French National Education body and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, our intensive CAP Chocolatier-Confiseur is designed for all the persons willing to acquire or review the different areas of French pastry fundamentals.
Taught in French, this hands-on training allows to rapidly reach a professional qualification and skills, without for example taking the traditional 2-year CAP training.
The CAP Chocolatier-Confiseur is a 8-month (1 034 hours) profesionnal training program including 6 months of intensive training and to 2 internships of 4 weeks each in a French establishment.
The program includes the following modules: Intensive hands-on laboratory training, Applied theory, Chocolate and confectionery technology, Applied production sciences , Entreprise knowledge, Communication, Environmental Health and Safety at Work, Applied arts, Internship.
