Paris, September 2016 – Less than one year ago that Ducasse Education, institution created by the multi-starred chef Alain Ducasse, presented its two new flagship programs: the Bachelor in Culinary Arts (taught in French or English) and the Bachelor French Pastry Arts (taught in French).
Today, both first promotions students are discovering the professional culinary and pastry worlds alongside their chefs trainer.
The start of the school year was an opportunity to share a special moment with their patrons : chef Alain Ducasse for the Bachelor Culinary Arts and Cédric Grolet, himself ENSP alumni, for the Bachelor French Pastry Arts.
Respectively taught on Argenteuil and Yssingeaux campus, these trainings of excellence will allow students to acquire in 3 years the complete needed culinary know-how and management competencies to meet up the high expectations of the hotel-restaurant field in France and abroad. Based on unique teaching methods combining small group settings and high practice level, our Bachelors offer a personalized follow-up, efficient learning and optimized teaching.
