Each year, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie is honored and has the great pleasure to host the Relais Desserts autumn seminar.
From September 18th to 20th, the association brought together the Haute Pâtisserie key actors. Historical members, new entrants, partners or suppliers, all came to share their expertise and the passion that stirs them up. On this occasion, the Relais Desserts, accompanied by school teams, organized an exceptional four hands dinner with the participation of the chefs Michel Roth and Serge Vieira.
This event demonstrates that for over 30 years, ENSP is always the reference school in France and abroad, for the pastry professionals !
