ENSP had the pleasure to invite several Pastry Chefs and Bakers to two unique masterclasses

ENSP had the pleasure to invite several Pastry Chefs and Bakers to two unique masterclasses. They had the opportunity to learn more about customized trainings: the first one took place in Blois with Chef Fabien Deal (Chef at “Maison Bouillet – Lyon” and member of Relais Desserts International) and the second one took place in La-Guerche-de-Bretagne with Chef Franck Geuffroy (Ducasse Education Pastry Director).

Participants had the chance to attend different pastry demonstrations of springtime recipes and to share with the Chefs.
