This year, the culinary event “Agadir Gastronomic Meetings” have honored the Pastry Arts, with the participation of five Chef Instructors from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie. From 18 to 20 March, our Chefs, accompanied by Moroccan Chefs, engaged in several pastry demonstrations and participated in the desserts preparation of the opening and gala dinners organized for the occasion.  Sponsored by Regis & Jacques Marcon (Triple-starred Chefs) and Kamal Rahal Essoulami (President of the Moroccan Culinary Arts Federation), the second edition of the Gastronomic Meetings aimed to highlight the connection between French and Moroccan gastronomy but also the economic issue represented by this hub of excellence.
