Alain Ducasse Education launches in its pastry school, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP, Yssingeaux), the Bachelor in French Pastry, a 3-year educational path of excellence that allows students to acquire the complete needed pastry know-how and management competencies to meet up the high expectations of the pastry field and become an Entrepreneur -Pastry Chef.

Based on unique teaching methods that combine small group settings and high practice level, the program offers a personalized follow-up and an efficient learning to ensure the development of the highest level of expertise and entrepreneurial skills.

The first year constitutes the base of pastry skills and knowledge while the second year is focused on the various themes covered by the pastry industry and the management. During the final year, students use all their knowledge and know-how to start a real creative and entrepreneurial process.

The students of academic year 2016 are under the patronage of Chef Cédric Grolet, the Executive Pastry Chef of Hotel Le Meurice in Paris and the Pastry Chef of the year 2015. In fact, he has at heart to share his knowledge with the youngest: “I am particularly happy to be the patron of Academic year 2016. It is a great training. The Bachelor in French Pastry is taught in French from September 5, 2016.
