Alain Ducasse Education launches in its culinary school, Ecole Nationale Supérieure Culinaire (Argenteuil, Paris), the Bachelor in Culinary Arts, a 3-year educational path of excellence that allows students to acquire the complete needed culinary know-how and management competencies to meet up the high expectations of the hotel-restaurant field and become a Chef or an international food service industry Manager.
Based on unique teaching methods that combine small group settings and high practice level, the program offers a personalized follow-up and an efficient learning to ensure the development of the highest level of expertise and entrepreneurial skills.
The first year constitutes the base of culinary skills and knowledge while the second year is focused on the various themes covered by the food service industry and the management.
