As part of their program, our Culinary Arts Diploma students have to cook aquatic produce for more than a month. Cut the fillets, boil, sauté, marinate, bake; Lobster, sole, cod, scallops, etc. the possibilities are multiple. Discover the dishes they have made with their chef instructor Mark Guillain-Williams!
